P. 10

What a wild ride we have all had this past year. We have all had to make changes to how we
live, work, and play. We can only guess when things will normalize if we have to adjust to a
new way or offer a second pathway. We appreciate all that was able to make it to in-person
training this year. We know the decision to attend did not come lightly, just as it was not to
          attend.

IAMI wants to forge another pathway if it is needed. A hybrid style ATS may be the way, and
we took small steps this year to gauge how this works. While we now forge ahead to 2022 and
our return to Orlando, Florida, we will be looking to add this pathway to make it easier for
those far away to receive this valuable training even if on a limited scale. We will be looking at
a balance between the offerings, and the limitations of offering three breakout rooms at once
could prove quite challenging, and in-person will always be our main path (for now). In the
meantime, please take a look at pictures from this year's training, and be on the look-out for
surveys about a Hybrid style ATS in the future so we can continue to progress IAMI forward.

Congratulations to our two new CMI’s!
