Happy Holidays IAMI.

As we approach the holiday season, I wanted to offer you a brief note
of thanks and encouragement. We have been challenged during the
year 2020 with several trials and tribulations. A pandemic, social dis-
tancing, civil unrest, severe weather events are just a few things 2020

has hit us with this year.

The IAMI Leadership has been working hard to adjust to the changes
2020 has thrown our way. As an organization, we have continued to
strive to provide our membership a training opportunity with our
membership's welfare in mind. When this season is behind us, per-
haps we will have a clearer understanding and appreciation for those

things that many of us have taken for granted, like the ability to gather
with colleagues or greeting a friend with a handshake or a hug without
concern for spreading the virus.

So, as we enter the 2020 holiday season, let me say "Happy Holidays"
and thank you for your patience, professionalism, passion, and adapta-
bility as we have dealt with many challenges this year. The commit-
ment to IAMI humbles me. I hope all of you have a safe, wonderful hol-

iday season.
